This Bylaw may be cited as The Business License Bylaw.

Under the provisions of Section 12B of The Urban Municipalit Act, 1984 the Council may enact a bylaw to prohibit, regulate or abate noise from whatever source on any public or private place
and may provide that no one shall make any unnecessary or unreason­able noise for all or varying periods of the day within the urban municipality or within any specified areas of the municipality; The Council of the Town of Kyle, in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
