This Bylaw may be cited as The Business License Bylaw.
Under the provisions of Section 12B of The Urban Municipalit Act, 1984 the Council may enact a bylaw to prohibit, regulate or abate noise from whatever source on any public or private place
and may provide that no one shall make any unnecessary or unreasonable noise for all or varying periods of the day within the urban municipality or within any specified areas of the municipality; The Council of the Town of Kyle, in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
This bylaw shall be known as the “Base Tax Bylaw”. A base tax shall apply to the types and classifications of property included in the table.
